Entirely hand crafted circa 1920s, the glittering diamond and synthetic sapphire frame surely elevates this cameo. The full-cut diamond weight is approximately ~.42 carats total, and they are G-H color, VS-SI clarity. This piece is complete with a secure pin back and a hinged bail, which can be hidden.
